Why this page exists
The city publishes each report. Nobody publishes what the reports say most often, or how that changes over time. That is the only thing added here.
Read it correctly
A frequent infraction is frequent because it is common and easy to record — a missing sanitising step is written up far more often than a serious one. Frequency is not severity. Severity is the classification on the report, shown in the severity chart on the home page.
This site publishes records that governments already publish. It sets no cookie and makes no request to Google unless you accept one. Read more below.
